Service Agreement

Welcome to Sacred Ground Care. By utilizing our cleaning services, pricing packages, or subscribing to our annual care plans, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Stability Assessment & Liability

Natural stone headstones and historic markers can accumulate severe structural damage over decades. We perform a meticulous stability evaluation before performing any biological scrubbing. If we evaluate that a stone is crumbling, fractured, or structurally unstable, we halt work to protect the memorial from accidental damage and notify the client immediately. We are not liable for pre-existing chemical decay or structural fracture failures.

2. Cemetery Permissions

We coordinate with local township trustees, church boards, or cemetery sextons prior to beginning work. By booking, the client represents that they have direct family authorization to order the stone cleaning.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions to annual plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled with a 30 days written notice.
